While store bought magic shell is processed and loaded with sugar, this homemade shell only contains two ingredients (two of which you probably already own). Also, for those of you with allergies or specific lifestyle choices this treat is gluten-free and can easily be made vegan with a quick substitute for dairy free semi-sweet chocolate chips. Here is a simple step-by-step guide to making this delicious dessert.
1. Measure out 1/4 a cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips
2. Add the chocolate chips to a microwave safe bowl
3. Add a tsp of coconut oil
4. Microwave for 1 minute
5. Stir
6. Pour over a scoop of your favorite ice cream
7. Add any toppings of your choice
8. Enjoy!
